Festival Nemia

Een festival voor kinderen van 4 tot 12 jaar, geheel georganiseerd door VO-leerlingen van Onderwijsroute &jij. Festival Nemia zit stampvol kinderdoe-activiteiten en programmeert daarnaast circusartiesten, acrobaten, kinderconcerten en kindertheatervoorstellingen. Nemia is gratis toegankelijk, want cultuur en kunst zijn van iedereen!

Speel- en smulkaart voor het activiteitenveld
Broodjes bakken, de ranjakraam, een heerlijke suikerspin. Springen, klauteren, lasergamen en nog veel meer!

Met de speel- en smulkaart krijg jij toegang tot het activiteitenveld met alle leuke, gekke, sportieve en culinaire activiteiten. Ook kun je daarmee eten en drinken halen, hiervoor hoef je dan niet meer te betalen. Heb je je speel- en smulkaart helemaal vol? Dan win je een leuk aandenken aan Festival Nemia.

Door VO-leerlingen, voor kinderen

Onderwijs, maar dan anders. Dat is Festival Nemia. Festivalplatform Zwolle Unlimited heeft zich verbonden met Onderwijsroute &jij van Openbaar Onderwijs Zwolle om zo deze art-based learning mogelijk te maken; een actieve, ontdekkende vorm van leren. Wekelijks werken dertig van de &jij-leerlingen aan de productie, programmering en marketing van Festival Nemia. De andere dertig bedenken en produceren impactvolle maatschappelijke projecten, en gebruiken daarvoor Festival Nemia als speelveld.

Het nieuwe leren is uitgangspunt bij dit project: meedoen, zelf doen, en gaandeweg iets nieuws leren, dat is het credo. Het gaat zowel school als festivalplatform om actieve cultuurparticipatie en het opdoen van nieuwetijds-skills als burgerschap, persoonlijk leiderschap en ondernemerschap.

Festivalplatform Zwolle Unlimited wordt voor het Nemia-project ondersteund door Impacter Zwolle en studenten van Teachers’ College Windesheim die het leerproces begeleiden. Daarnaast zijn er studenten eventmanagement, vormgeving en design betrokken, van Cibap, Deltion, Landstede, Windesheim en Stenden.
